The corridor has now gained a reputation as the hub for SMEs and Start-ups with
property acquisition cost 1/3rd of Mumbai city commercial hubs like BKC, Lower
Parel and Andheri with better infrastructure and equivalent rents compared with
Pune, Hyderabad and Bangalore.
